Junmai Shine Muscat 500ml
Raw material rice: Enmusubi rice, rice polishing ratio 70%, alcohol content 12% or more and less than 13%, sake content -28.3, acidity 4.6, amino acid content 1.6

It is a special specification using matchmaking rice cultivated at Tottori Prefectural Kurayoshi Agricultural High School.
This product is made with Lacansea yeast harvested from Shine Muscat grown by Toda Farm in Shimonita, Akaiwa City, Okayama Prefecture.
It features a fruity and refreshing taste.
The label design also expresses the characteristics of Shine Muscat in colors.
