This Junmaishu is carefully brewed using "Kyouryoku", a rice variety only produced in Tottori Prefecture, to create a deep, flavorful Junmaishu.
It is brewed with 70% polished rice so that you can experience the original taste of the rice.
Junmaishu is characterized by its light acidity and strong flavor, and can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from cold to hot.

The product name on the product label is a work of art created by the active calligrapher, Ikegami Shinsho.
