Junmaishu is made from Gohyakumangoku rice, a type of rice suitable for sake brewing, polished to 70%.
With the refreshing quality of sake unique to Gohyakumangoku, it goes well with fish dishes such as sashimi.

The product name on the product label is a work of art created by the active calligrapher, Ikegami Shinsho.
