At our brewery, we use freshly harvested rice every year to bring you the freshest flavor of the season with the first clear sake of the season. It will be released in December, so you can enjoy it even as we approach the new year.
It has a refreshing taste, making it easy to pair with any kind of cuisine.
The product name on the product label is a work created by Fudekanavito Baisen, an active calligrapher. We are pleased to introduce you to our homepage, so please take a look.
