In order to allow as many people as possible to learn about the appeal of sake brewing, our brewery offers free tours and tastings.
Tours of the sake brewery require advance reservations.

During the Takayū brewery tour, you will be given a detailed tour of the brewery along with the sake brewing process. (Time required: approximately 1 hour)
Especially during the brewing season from November to April, you will have the rare opportunity to actually observe the energetic brewers at work.

*About tour dates and times
Please note that during the brewing period, we may not be able to accommodate your desired time due to the sake brewing process.
*Capacity and safety management
To prevent accidents, we limit the number of people allowed in each tour to a maximum of 15. Also, as there are some unstable areas inside the brewery, guests with infants may be asked to refrain from visiting.
*Effects on microorganisms (natto, yogurt, etc.)
Sake brewing involves delicate microorganisms. As natto bacteria and lactic acid bacteria have an effect on sake brewing, please refrain from consuming fermented foods such as natto and yogurt from the day before the tour.
*About the scent
To enjoy the delicate aroma of the alcohol, please refrain from using strong-smelling perfumes.
*About offering tasting samples
By law, we strictly prohibit offering samples to minors and those driving a car.
