As we begin sake brewing in October, we will be suspending brewery tours during the following period.

In order to allow as many people as possible to learn about the appeal of sake brewing, our brewery offers free tours and tastings.
Tours of the sake brewery require advance reservations.

During the sake brewing season from October to April of the following year, we are unable to accept tour reservations.

Please choose from two times a day: '10:00 AM' and '1:30 PM'.
*Capacity and safety management
To prevent accidents, we limit the number of people allowed in each tour to a maximum of 10. Also, as there are some unstable areas inside the brewery, guests with infants may be asked to refrain from visiting.
*Effects on microorganisms (natto, yogurt, etc.)
Sake brewing involves delicate microorganisms. As natto bacteria and lactic acid bacteria have an effect on sake brewing, please refrain from consuming fermented foods such as natto and yogurt from the day before the tour.
*About the scent
To enjoy the delicate aroma of the alcohol, please refrain from using strong-smelling perfumes.
*About offering tasting samples
By law, we strictly prohibit offering samples to anyone under the age of 20 or anyone who will be driving.
